I have been living in Tampa Bay area since 2003 and have watched this area grow tremendously. Since I was previously involved in civil engineering and land surveying I have an extensive knowledge of building, construction and land development. In addition, my transportation business made me very familiar with Manatee, Sarasota, and other counties in south west Florida.
