About Ralph

As a Certified Negotiation Expert and dedicated Ruskin Realtor® with Dalton Wade Realty Group, I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, Riverview, and the Greater Tampa Bay area. My deep knowledge of the South Shore communities helps me guide clients with confidence, whether they’re purchasing their first home, selling a luxury property, or investing in real estate.

Before launching my real estate career, I served in the United States Army, with assignments both stateside and in Bosnia. For more than 24 years, I’ve also owned and operated a successful tax preparation office in Ruskin, giving me strong ties to the local community and a deep understanding of the financial side of buying and selling property. My career also includes nine years at a Caterpillar dealership, experiences that have shaped me into a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional.

I’m a devoted husband of 25 years and father to four children. My oldest son is proudly serving in the Army, and my second oldest recently completed his bachelor’s degree at Florida International University (FIU). When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy fishing in Tampa Bay and spending time with my family.
